2008 – Starting the year with a touch of glamour
10 years of euro communication– this was deemed a sufficient reason for members of this European interpreters group to break with their bi-annual meeting schedule and gather in Cannes on the French Riviera in January 2008. Working sessions at the Carlton Hotel on the Croisette, dinner at the old port where the big yachts dock, a working lunch at a star-studded restaurant in the hinterland – from 11 to 13 January, euro communication started its second decade with a bash in the festival town. And set off into a year full of outstanding highlights: the European Football Championship matches will be played in Switzerland and Austria, and the Olympic Games as well as the subsequent Paralympics will take place in Beijing, all watched by an immense TV audience who will understand the stars of these events thanks to the interpretation provided by members of euro communication.Not to mention all the other TV shows, major events, state visits and numerous summits in industry and business, about which we would like to keep you informed in the future.
