Award-winning learning resources
euro communication member Matthew Perret was part of the team at Leeds University (UK) which planned, wrote and performed online learning resources as part of a government-backed campaign to get young people interested in careers with languages.

It was one of the winners of The Jorum Learning and Teaching Competition, an award for "exciting and innovative learning and teaching resources" in the UK, chosen and scored by a combination of judging panel and public vote.

The team has now secured EU funding to develop a Virtual Learning Environment (online pedagogical resources for interpreter training), which will be an open-access resource to help interpreting schools worldwide.
